Description:

  • Installed and configured 10gR3 Content Server and Inbound Refinery as an upgrade “install and migrate” from Content Server 6.2. Developed advanced custom components and Java filters to implement new functionality and additional security.
  • Created advanced Content Server layouts and skins, custom services, templates, includes, and forms. Configured content server and web layout/vault to reside on different servers. Created database triggers to accommodate customizations.
  • Updated metadata model for performance enhancements, Integrated Content Server with SES, gathered requirements, provided training to Administrators and created thorough documentation.

Description:

  • Created 10 master layouts to be used throughout all business units and future business units being added to the system. Advanced Development including: conditional contribution regions, incorporating dynamic flash elements via fragments, custom queries driven from user attributes, custom section properties and .idoc includes driving all variables dynamically creating the page.
  • Performed Content Server administrator duties due to temporary labor constraints.
  • Trained in-house developers on key Site Studio techniques, created documentation with instructions and naming conventions to prevent confusion when the site grows within the next few years.
  • Created a Site Studio solution that is now “self-contained” – currently no Site Studio administration is needed to update the site, contributors add content and the templates take it from there.

  • Create website using Stellent Site Studio 7.2. Create fragments, contribution regions, and custom components to customize content server and website.
  • Create custom queries using Idoc Script, Add to and edit Idoc Script in std_layout, Customize web portal, e-mail notifications and search result pages.
  • Create Stellent training materials focusing on how Hearth and Home used the Stellent system. Train co-workers to become contributors to Stellent Content Server (local, remote and travel). Train co-workers to become users of Stellent Content Server to find, view, and print documents.
  • Troubleshoot and admin content server. Assist Project Manager in updating the project plan to include important tasks and meet deadlines. Performed tasks under very tight deadlines.

Description:

  • Convert thousands of files and check them into Stellent Content Management System. Original files were in HTML format and I converted them into Word documents with styles that correspond to those in Site Builder.
  • Expand and update web site layout and functionality. Add to and edit IdocScript in std_layout, Edit and create projects in Site Builder, Customize Content Server to meet State of MN needs, Lead team in installing extras components, Troubleshoot and admin content server.
  • Create and implement advanced workflow. Using IdocScript, I created jumps, aliases, conditional elements, time sensitive jumps, etc.
  • Create Stellent training materials focusing on how the State of MN used the Stellent system. Train co-workers and employers to become contributors to Stellent Content Server. Train co-workers and employers to become administrators of Stellent Content Server. Train co-workers to become workflow reviewers and reviewers with ability to edit.
  • Balance multiple Stellent web projects while prioritizing tasks.

  • Create non-profit organization’s web site. Create multiple web page layouts using the following skills and programs: HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, Cascading Style Sheets (external), Text Pad (create raw code without WYSIWYG editor), Some MS FrontPage (when requested) and FTP programs.
  • Create custom graphics, create company logo’s, edit images, edit company logo’s, and create project title images using Adobe Photoshop 7.0,  Harmwave, Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7.0, and Jasc Animation Shop 3.
