Library Services
Holdings: Reference Books, Videos, Manuscripts, Magazines

Borrowing Privileges

Books: Books are loaned for a two-week period. Books may be renewed one time for an additional two weeks. Telephone renewals are accepted.
Videos: Videos are loaned for a one-week period. Videos may be renewed one time for an additional week. Telephone renewals are accepted.
Manuscripts: Original manuscripts do not circulate. Copies of manuscripts are available for a cost of 5 cents per page plus postage (if applicable). Two sided copies count as two copies.
Special Orders &
Reserving: 		Due to limited library staff time, it is neccessary to place your requests at a minimum as follows:
  • Books: 5 days before needed
  • Videos: 5 days before needed
  • Manuscripts: 5 days before needed
Fines: Items not returned on time are subject to late fees:
  • Books: .25/per day
  • Videos: .50/per day
Replacement Cost: For lost or damaged items.
  • Books: $55.00 minimum replacement cost
  • Videos: $8.00 replacement cost
